How does it work?

  • Call us at (518) 392-6890 to request remote support
  • A Technology 4 All technician will give you the 6-digit code to type into the support connection box
  • Don”t worry – our technician will remain on the phone with you
  • You will be prompted to approve the download of software
  • You allow the technician control of your desktop
  • Sit back, relax and watch your cursor move while our technician does all the work!

What is this service used for?

  • Troubleshooting (computer running slow, difficulty opening an email attachment, error messages, problems printing)
  • Training (using Microsoft Word to create labels, creating an email distribution group, moving pictures from your digital camera)
  • Virus and spyware issues (please note: if your computer is heavily infected, it may have to be brought in for repair)


  • The support session can only be seen by you and the technician – it does not open your computer to anyone else on the Internet
  • Customers can choose to terminate the support session at any time
  • The installed software disappears from your computer when the support session is finished
  • The technician can not regain access to your computer without you entering a new 6-digit code


  • $85/hour
