Laurie Quinn

Laurie has been working with computers since the late 70s. Prior to starting her own business, she worked for TNET (now Fairpoint) as a Help Desk Technician, assisting customers with their Internet connections, e-mail problems and miscellaneous technology related questions. Before moving to the area, she lived in Syracuse, NY, and worked with the Syracuse City School District as a facilitator for all of the non-public schools overseeing a remedial services program offered to the students on Macintosh computers.

Her original career path brought her to MONY Financial Services as a secretary and word processor in Human Resources and later, in the Programming Department. She learned quickly that she enjoyed “experimenting” with computers and helping others fix problems.

Her corporate background ensures her ability to provide services to our customers in a professional and effective manner and she takes personal pride in the level of customer service offered to each of our customers.

Additionally, Laurie has provided Technical Assistance to area business owners through the Columbia Hudson Partnership’s MicroBusiness Program, as well as sitting on various boards and grant committees throughout Columbia County, NY.
